easy 3-ingredient buffalo chicken dip - featured image

A creamy, spicy, and incredibly simple dip made with just three ingredients: chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. Perfect for game day or quick weeknight snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (rotisserie or poached)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedOriginal or favorite buffalo wing sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth using an electric mixer or wooden spoon.
  3. Add the buffalo hot sauce to the cream cheese and mix until combined into a uniform paste.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken until every piece is coated, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the top is slightly golden.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm with dippers.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. If using rotisserie chicken, pat it dry to prevent a watery dip. For a cheesy kick, add shredded cheddar before baking. Do not freeze as cream cheese may separate.
