A fast, healthy, and delicious breakfast solution that requires no cooking and minimal cleanup. Layered with Greek yogurt, granola, and fresh berries for a perfect texture contrast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Chia seeds, flax seeds, or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash berries and slice strawberries into thin rounds or quarters; keep blueberries whole.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup. Stir gently to combine and taste to adjust sweetness.
  3. Spoon a layer of seasoned yogurt into the bottom of a glass or jar (about 1/3 full).
  4. Add a layer of prepared fruit over the yogurt, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
  6. Repeat the layers (yogurt, fruit, granola) until the glass is nearly full.
  7. Top with a final dollop of yogurt, a few fresh berries, and a small sprinkle of granola.
  8. Drizzle with extra honey if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture, add granola right before serving to prevent sogginess. If meal prepping, store granola separately. Use thick Greek yogurt to maintain distinct layers. Serve cold.
